Polished aluminium instrument console kit for 80mm instruments (as used on Le Mans 1, 2, T3 etc...). This high quality kit is specially made for Gutsibits and consists of the following parts:

• Polished aluminium clock surround front with 80mm holes for instruments, slotted ignition switch hole and 8mm instrument light holes
• 6 LEDs with chrome bezels (small spade connectors to rear) for indicators, oil, charge system, neutral and high beam warning light
• Polished aluminium instrument surrounds (odometer surround includes hole for reset knob)
• Polished aluminium instrument backs (attach with existing nuts)

Manufactured from 6mm aluminium, this instrument binnacle will not fatigue with use and is an excellent way to present the standard 80mm Veglia instruments. Bolts to handlebar yoke clamps. NB instruments and ignition switch shown in photo for illustration purposes only.
This is a high quality UK manufactured part made exclusively for Gutsibits, do not confuse with lesser alternatives.

NB This kit works with the ignition switch ELA17735, later type switches will not fit into the predrilled ignition switch hole. On models with cable operated remote odometer resets the reset knob will need to be relocated.
Note that on models with an electronic tacho (e.g. Cali 3) the stud hole spacing may be a few mm out and you will needto drill new stud holes in the rear of the surround. You may also need to very slightly enlarge the warning light holes

Complete shallow bowl 190mm chrome headlight unit. Includes a pilot / parking light. A shallow bowl makes it especially suitable for mounting on Moto Guzzis underneath the instruments

Supplied complete with H4 bulb, pilot light and four short wires (without connectors). This headlight will fit fairing cowling FAA99575 for Le Mans 1 conversions if trim strip is not fitted to inside edge of fairing. NB mounting holes will need drilling out to 10mm if fitting T3 type indicator stems

Complete 950cc piston and Nikasil coated barrel kit including gudgeon pin, piston rings and circlips. Piston is low compression. This kit with Italian made piston and rings is an an alternative to Gilardoni kits which can often be in short supply.

Complete single disc clutch kit for 5 speed big twins containing flywheel, new deep spline clutch hub, friction plate, spring plate, pressure plate, and flywheel bolts. Suitable for all big twins with either distributor or crankshaft mounted ignition system, not suitable for Digiplex equipped models.

This clutch upgrade has the following advanges over the old two plate clutch:

• Reduction in flywheel and clutch weight of approx. 1KG
• Improved acceleration
• Smoother gear changes at high RPM
• Quicker engine decelleration
• Reduction in engine vibration as the clutch assembly is (this is not possible with the original clutch)
• Lighter handlebar clutch lever action
• More precise clutch engagement and disengagement.
