Complete single disc clutch kit for 5 speed big twins containing flywheel, new deep spline clutch hub, friction plate, spring plate, pressure plate, and flywheel bolts. Suitable for all big twins with either distributor or crankshaft mounted ignition system, not suitable for Digiplex equipped models.

This clutch upgrade has the following advanges over the old two plate clutch:

• Reduction in flywheel and clutch weight of approx. 1KG
• Improved acceleration
• Smoother gear changes at high RPM
• Quicker engine decelleration
• Reduction in engine vibration as the clutch assembly is (this is not possible with the original clutch)
• Lighter handlebar clutch lever action
• More precise clutch engagement and disengagement.
• More progressive clutch engagement.
• Increased ability to handle higher torque and horsepower.
• Lower clutch disk wear (reduced maintenance)
• Fewer parts (no intermediate plate, no second friction plate) to wear out

This is an upgrade to the standard steel plate, perfect for your Tonti framed special (it will also fit Cali 1100 and Cali EV based specials. On some models you may need to enlarge the cut out for the speedo cable

Components for one cylinder, this kit has narrow wall barrels and is designed for 850cc crankcases which have a smaller aperture for the barrel. This kit with Italian made piston and rings is an an alternative to Gilardoni kits which can often be in short supply. See ENA20055 for similar Gilardoni alternative

Components for one cylinder. The barrel is designed to fit the standard crankcase aperture on 850cc bikes so it is not necessary to modify the crankcase. For the 850 GT it may be necessary to enlarge the pushrod tunnel opening in the head gasket to suit the 850 GT valve gear placement

Pod type air filter for increased air flow

Made from a high performance twin layer foam this K & N type air filter is designed to offer improved and unrestricted airflow whilst offering adequate filtration. Washable and reusable (use hot soapy water). Best run dry for road. Fits VHB 29, VHB 30, PHBH28 and PHBH30 Dellorto carbs. You may find that a 5-10% increase in main jet size helps to make the most of the increased air flow with this filter
