Works with standard 12 volt coils and can be used to replace points or Bosch electronic ignition on models with Bosch charging systems. The pickups for this kit are mounted on the alternator stator. Eliminates vague timing due to worn distributors on big twins. Preloaded with nine ignition curves, two of which are designed for twin plugged bikes. Once fitted no further adjustment should be necessary. See this link for fitting instructions. We recommend fitting Dyna coils ELA14101 with this kit. If you wish to combine this kit with uprated charging system ELA00502 you will need to make or source longer studs (M5 x 67mm x 2) for pickup, and longer centre bolt (M8 x 58mm wasted). Just what you need to brighten up your Guzzi and ensure nuts and bolts don't seize on your bike

This engine bolt kit contains appropriate M6, M8, M10 socket cap and hex head bolts, nuts and washers. 145 pieces. To ensure you can easily release these fasteners in years to come we recommend wiping each fastener with copper grease (OIA11070). You may also require a replacement front engine bolt kit in stainless (SSA14450) or distributor screws (SSA05025 and SSA04008)
