Stainless steel front engine mounting stud kit. Kit contains one long engine M12 x 1.25 threaded stud (with plain section in centre), two M12 half nuts, two M12 crinkle washers and four standard M12 washers - all in A2 stainless steel

The original bolts are prone to seizing in place so we recommend replacing with this quality stainless part. Also known as Guzzi ref. 03429500, 14429505
Differs from original part whcih is a bolt, this stud make is easier to fine tune the position of the stud between header pipes

Pair of black tubular rocker cover protector bars for round and square barrel engines, these will protect barrels and rocker cover in the unfortunate event of your bike being dropped

These head protectors bolt to the head using existing rocker cover bolts, they won't fit models with fairing lowers that wrap around the cylinders (e.g. Spada) without modification. To modify simply reduce the length of the rear section of the bar to stop short of the fairing and insert the supplied grommet. These bars are supplied with a plastic grommet for each end, this will need chamfering or leaving off on round head models with bolt on rocker cover breather pipes, e.g. T3. These bars will not fit on a T3 or other model with knee pads

RAM Clutch Kit Upgrade

Complete single disc clutch kit for 5 speed big twins containing flywheel, new deep spline clutch hub, friction plate, spring plate, pressure plate, and flywheel bolts. Suitable for all big twins with either distributor or crankshaft mounted ignition system, not suitable for Digiplex equipped models.

This clutch upgrade has the following advanges over the old two plate clutch:

  • Reduction in flywheel and clutch weight of approx. 1KG
  • Improved acceleration
  • Smoother gear changes at high RPM
  • Quicker engine decelleration
  • Reduction in engine vibration as the clutch assembly is (this is not possible with the original clutch)
  • Lighter handlebar clutch lever action
  • More precise clutch engagement and disengagement.
  • More progressive clutch engagement.
  • Increased ability to handle higher torque and horsepower.
  • Lower clutch disk wear (reduced maintenance)
  • Fewer parts (no intermediate plate, no second friction plate) to wear out
  • Ease of assembly - gearbox can be fitted to engine without centering of the clutch disk.

Kits are complete as shown including: flywheel, new deep spline clutch hub, friction plate, spring plate, pressure plate, and flywheel bolts. See CLA30399 for replacement clutch plate. External Oil Filter Sump Kit Grey

Complete sump kit which moves the oil filter out from within the sump to a recess under the sump. This simplifies and speeds up oil changes because the sump no longer needs to be removed. Oil cooling is also improved because oil will cool through the body of the filter. The complete sump kit is a simple fit that will speed up oil changes and reduce the risk of stripping crankcase bolts through repeated sump removal. It is very similar to the arrangement on modern CARC models. Replaces sump extension ENA14002. Finished in silver this is a great upgrade for your Guzzi. Uses oil filter SIA14530

Depending on model you may need a longer dipstick e.g. ENA28495. You can calibrate the sump by adding 3l of oil and marking the position on the dipstick. Note that you need to transfer your oil pressure relief valve and the intake screen from your existing sump into this new one. Note also that the stamped steel covers on some oil pressure relief valves flare wider than others so you may need to make a little clearance in order to get the threads started.
